The annual RFCs User Satisfaction Survey started in September. The results were available, for the individual RFCs, in November.
For the first time, the survey was entirely carried out “in-house” by the whole Network of the 11 Rail Freight Corridors.
The new approach and layout proved to be successful as the participation rate increased and the results of the survey are clearer and thus more effective for the RFCs as tool for investigating the areas of improvement we need to focus on, according to our customer opinion
We would like to thank all participants for taking some time to answer the questionnaire and filling in the open fields with their ideas.

As Baltic-Adriatic RFC we are glad to see an increase of participation rate, as well as an increase of the customer satisfaction.
What is more important, from our point of view, is that we are currently using the results of the survey to verify our short-medium action plans and be sure that they cover the focus area identified by our partners and stakeholders, and, if the case, integrate them with further initiatives
